A crunchy, gluten‑free savory granola seasoned with classic everything‑bagel spice, perfect as a snack or topping.

Base Ingredients

  • 1 cup rolled oats (gluten‑free)
  • ½ cup quinoa (uncooked)
  • ½ cup sunflower seeds (raw)
  • 2 Tbsp poppy seeds
  • 2 Tbsp sesame seeds
  • onion powder (½ tsp)
  • garlic powder (½ tsp)

Binder

  • 1 egg white (large)
  • 1 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp maple syrup or honey

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 325 °F (165 °C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
  2. In a bowl, mix oats, quinoa, sunflower, poppy and sesame seeds, onion and garlic powders.
  3. Whisk egg white, olive oil, and maple syrup/honey until frothy.
  4. Pour wet mixture into dry and stir to coat completely.
  5. Spread mixture evenly on baking sheet.
  6. Bake 20 minutes, stirring halfway, until golden and crisp.
  7. Cool fully on sheet before storing in an airtight container for up to 2 weeks.

Notes

Use gluten‑free certified oats for GF diet. Great atop yogurt, salads, or simply by the handful.
