  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce (or marinara
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sliced dill pickles (pat dry with a paper towel)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil (for brushing the crust)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the Oven: Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
  • Roll Out the Dough: On a floured surface, roll out the pizza dough into a 12-inch circle or rectangle. Transfer to a parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Assemble the Pizza:
    Spread tomato sauce evenly over the dough, leaving a 1-inch border.
    Sprinkle mozzarella and cheddar cheese over the sauce.
    Arrange pickle slices evenly across the pizza. Add optional toppings if desired.
    Sprinkle garlic powder and dried dill over the top.
  • Bake: Brush the crust with olive oil. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
  • Garnish and Serve: Remove from the oven, let cool for 2-3 minutes, and garnish with fresh dill. Slice and serve warm.
