Instructions
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
Bring eggs to room temperature.
In a large bowl, mash bananas until mostly smooth.
Mix in eggs, oil, water, yogurt, and vanilla extract until well combined.
Add banana bread mix and cinnamon. Fold gently 12-15 times until just combined.
If using, fold in walnuts.
Pour batter into prepared pan.
Bake 55-60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
Cool in pan for 10 minutes, then remove to wire rack.
Cool completely before slicing.

Storage: Keep wrapped at room temperature for up to 3 days, refrigerated for 1 week, or frozen for up to 3 months.
