- 1/2 cup plant-based gelatin powder
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder for dusting (optional)
