Bread Dough

  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tbsp unsalted butter melted
  • 2.5 cups bread flour
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1.25 tsp active dry yeast

Instructions
 

  • Add warm water and melted butter into the bread machine pan.
  • Combine bread flour, sugar, and salt; pour into the pan.
  • Make a small well in the center and add yeast.
  • Select the “Basic” or “White Bread” cycle on the bread machine.
  • Press start and let the machine handle the rest.

Notes

For a crispier crust, choose the 'Medium' or 'Dark' crust setting on your bread machine.
