Delightful cookies that combine the creamy goodness of cheesecake with the sweet, tangy taste of strawberries.

  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup fresh strawberries, chopped
  • Optional: powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt in a bowl.
  3. Beat together the softened butter, cream cheese, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until creamy.
  4. Mix in the vanilla extract, then gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture until combined.
  5. Fold in the chopped strawberries until evenly distributed.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of dough onto the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until lightly golden.
  7. Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack. Dust with powdered sugar if desired before serving.
