Scale

3 ripe bananas (sliced)

1 cup fresh strawberries (sliced, or thawed and patted dry if frozen)

1 box instant vanilla pudding mix

1 cup whipped cream (or coconut whipped cream)

1 cup crushed graham crackers (or GF cookie alternative)

Instructions

3. In a dish or mason jars, press a layer of crushed graham crackers into the base.

4. Add a layer of pudding mixture, then sliced strawberries and bananas.

5. Repeat layering until ingredients are used up.

6. Chill in the fridge for at least 2 hours (or overnight) to set.

7. Garnish with extra whipped cream, fruit, and crushed crackers before serving.
