Ingredients

  • Shrimp (peeled and deveined)
  • Cornstarch (for coating)
  • Vegetable Oil (for frying)
  • Green Onions (chopped)

Instructions

  1. Start by coating the shrimp in cornstarch until fully covered.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  3. Add the shrimp to the hot oil and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  4. Once the shrimp is cooked, remove them from the pan and set aside.
  5. In the same pan, toss in chopped green onions and sliced red bell peppers; sauté until tender.
  6. Return the shrimp to the pan and pour in the Bang Bang sauce. Stir everything together to coat.
  7. Serve the shrimp mixture over rice or quinoa, sprinkle with extra green onions, and enjoy your bowl!

Notes

Make sure the oil is hot before adding shrimp to get that perfect crunch. Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to three days.
