  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add chicken pieces to the skillet. Season with paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper.
  3. Stir and cook the chicken until browned and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes.
  4. Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
  5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
  6. Pour in the heavy cream and chicken broth, stirring to combine. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return the chicken to the skillet, mixing it into the sauce. Cook for an additional 2 minutes. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute half-and-half for heavy cream. Can be served with rice, couscous, or salad.
