Delicious and easy-to-make chicken skewers coated in creamy ranch, zesty garlic, and savory Parmesan cheese, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 lb chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)
  • Optional: Vegetables like bell peppers and onions

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the ranch dressing, minced garlic, and grated Parmesan cheese.
  2. Add the bite-sized chicken pieces to the bowl and mix until the chicken is well-coated with the mixture.
  3. Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes to prevent burning. If using metal skewers, you can skip this step.
  4. Preheat your grill or oven to medium heat.
  5. Thread the coated chicken pieces onto the skewers, and if desired, add pieces of vegetables in between.
  6. Grill or bake the skewers for 15-20 minutes, turning them halfway through, until the chicken is cooked through.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy! You can garnish with extra Parmesan or fresh herbs if desired.

Notes

To ensure juicy chicken, avoid overcooking. A meat thermometer can help; chicken should reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
