Delicious and easy-to-make chicken skewers marinated in ranch dressing, garlic, and Parmesan cheese, perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
  • ½ cup ranch dressing
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Skewers (wooden or metal)

Instructions

  1. Mix ranch dressing, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
  2. Add pieces of chicken to the marinade, ensuring they are well-coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to 400°F (200°C).
  4. Thread the marinated chicken pieces onto skewers, leaving a little space between each piece.
  5. Soak wooden skewers in water for at least 15 minutes before grilling to prevent burning.
  6. Grill skewers for about 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and has nice grill marks.
  7. Remove from grill, let cool for a minute, and serve warm with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.

Notes

For a vegetarian version, substitute chicken with tofu. You can marinate chicken for up to 4 hours for maximum flavor.
