Pizza Pita Pockets are a fun and delicious way to enjoy classic pizza flavors in a portable form, filled with customizable toppings.

Ingredients

  • Pita bread
  • Pizza sauce
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Any desired toppings (pepperoni, bell peppers, olives, etc.)
  • Italian seasoning (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Place the pita breads on a baking sheet.
  3. Open each pita gently; be careful not to tear them.
  4. Spread a spoonful of pizza sauce inside each pita.
  5. Add a generous amount of shredded mozzarella cheese.
  6. Pile in your choice of toppings.
  7. Sprinkle with Italian seasoning if you like.
  8. Place in the oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbling.
  9. Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and enjoy!

Notes
