A creamy and delicious no-bake cheesecake that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 cups whipped topping
  • Optional toppings: fruit, chocolate, or caramel sauce

Instructions

  1. Combine graham cracker crumbs with melted butter until well mixed.
  2. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  3. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
  4. Gradually add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until combined.
  5. Fold in the whipped topping gently until everything is blended well.
  6. Pour this mixture over the crust in the springform pan and spread evenly.
  7. Refrigerate for at least 240 minutes or overnight to set before serving.

Notes

For a firmer texture, chill longer before serving. Keep refrigerated for up to 5 days.
