A comforting one-pot meal featuring rotisserie chicken, pasta, and creamy sauce, cooked to perfection.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded rotisserie chicken
  • 2 cups marinara or Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup broth or water
  • 1 cup vegetables (spinach, broccoli, or cherry tomatoes)
  • Optional: breadcrumbs or Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a baking dish, combine uncooked pasta, sauce, chicken, and broth.
  3. Add vegetables and mix well.
  4. Top with shredded cheese and optional breadcrumbs.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
