Instructions

  1. Begin by heating olive oil and butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Once the butter is melted, add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  3. Add the shrimp to the skillet and season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes.
  4. Cook the shrimp until they turn pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side.
  5. Once cooked, remove the skillet from heat and stir in fresh parsley.
  6. Serve immediately with rice or pasta to soak up the delicious sauce.
