Ingredients

  • 1 small head of cabbage, chopped
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 carrots, sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 4 cups beef broth
  • 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Heat the olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced onion and garlic. Sauté until the onion is translucent.
  3. Add the ground beef to the pot. Cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the chopped cabbage, sliced carrots, diced tomatoes, and broth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
