Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 2 cups powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips
  • Green food coloring
  • Red candy decorations (like mini M&Ms or edible glitter)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese with vanilla extract until smooth.
  2. Gradually add the powdered sugar and mix until fully blended.
  3. Chill the mixture in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  4. Once chilled, scoop out small amounts of the mixture and roll them into balls.
  5. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl, adding green food coloring until you reach your desired shade.
  6. Dip each truffle into the melted green chocolate, letting the excess drip off.
  7. Place the coated truffles on a parchment-lined baking sheet and immediately top with red candy decorations.
  8. Allow the truffles to set in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes before serving.
