A delightful summer side dish featuring sweet corn on the cob grilled to perfection and topped with rich Parmesan garlic butter.

  • 4 ears Fresh corn on the cob
  • 1/2 cup Unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves Fresh garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley, optional, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Husk the corn and remove all silks. Rinse the corn under cold water.
  3. Combine softened butter, minced garlic, grated Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over each ear of corn using a brush or your hands.
  5. Place the corn directly on the grill grates. Grill for about 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally until the corn is tender and has grill marks.
  6. Remove the corn from the grill and allow it to cool slightly.
  7. Sprinkle extra Parmesan and fresh parsley on top before serving.
