Instructions

  1. Begin by marinating the chicken breasts in olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for about 15 minutes.
  2. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  3. Grill the marinated chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked and juices run clear.
  4. While the chicken grills, chop the salad greens, tomatoes, cucumber, and avocado into bite-sized pieces.
