  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini, sliced
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: dried herbs like oregano or thyme

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced chicken to the skillet, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  3. Once the chicken is cooked, add the garlic, bell pepper, zucchini, and broccoli to the pan.
