Ingredients

  • Fresh broccoli florets
  • Crisp apples (like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
  • Chopped walnuts or almonds
  • Dried cranberries or raisins
  • Plain Greek yogurt or mayonnaise (for the dressing)
  • Honey or maple syrup (to sweeten)
  • Lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and cut the broccoli into small florets.
  2. Chop the apples into bite-sized pieces, leaving the skin on for added texture.
  3. In a large bowl, combine the broccoli and apples.
  4. Add the chopped nuts and dried fruit.
  5. In a separate bowl, mix the Greek yogurt (or mayonnaise) with honey, lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  6. Pour the dressing over the salad mixture and stir until everything is evenly coated.
  7. Serve immediately or chill in the fridge for 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

For best crunch, use fresh, crisp apples and raw broccoli. Store leftover salad in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
