  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions

  1. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
  2. Add the chopped onions and minced garlic, sautéing until softened.
  3. Add the chicken pieces, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned.
  4. Stir in the rice and chicken broth; bring to a boil.
  5. Reduce the heat, cover, and simmer for about 15 minutes or until the rice is cooked.
  6. Stir in the heavy cream and simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  7. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley if desired.
