Rich, creamy homemade fudgesicles made with cocoa powder, your favorite milk, and natural sweetener. A fun, customizable frozen treat for all ages and dietary needs.

Ingredients

1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

2 cups milk or milk alternative (almond, oat, coconut, or whole)

1/2 cup sweetener (sugar, maple syrup, honey, or stevia)

1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Pinch of salt

Optional: 1 tbsp nut butter, 1 tsp instant coffee, crushed cookies, or flavor extracts like mint or orange

Instructions

1. Sift cocoa powder into a mixing bowl. Add sweetener and whisk to combine.

2. Gradually pour in milk, whisking until smooth and lump-free.

3. Add vanilla extract, a pinch of salt, and any desired add-ins. Blend for extra creaminess if preferred.

4. Taste and adjust sweetness or chocolate intensity to your liking.

5. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, leaving space at the top. Tap to release air bubbles.

6. Insert sticks and freeze on a flat surface for at least 4–6 hours or overnight.

7. To serve, run the molds under warm water for a few seconds, then gently pull to release.

Notes

Get creative with layers, dips, and toppings drizzle with chocolate, roll in nuts or sprinkles, or swirl in peanut butter before freezing.

To make it vegan, use plant-based milk and sweetener.

Best consumed within 2–3 weeks for optimal flavor and texture.
