Ingredients

  • Spaghetti or your favorite pasta
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Lime juice
  • Olive oil
  • Garlic
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and add your pasta. Cook according to package instructions until al dente.
  2. Make the Sauce: In a saucepan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic, sautéing until fragrant.
  3. Mix It Together: Drain the pasta, reserving a bit of the cooking water. In the saucepan, combine cooked pasta with the garlic oil, lime juice, chopped cilantro, salt, and pepper. Toss well, adding reserved pasta water as needed to loosen the sauce.
  4. Serve: Plate the pasta and top with grated Parmesan if desired. Enjoy!
