A comforting dish made with creamy Alfredo sauce, tender chicken, and pasta, perfect for busy weeknights.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 3 cups cooked pasta (penne or rotini)
  • 2 cups Alfredo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine the cooked chicken, cooked pasta, and Alfredo sauce in a large bowl. Mix until well combined.
  3. Stir in half of the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese, reserving the other half for topping.
  4. Season the mixture with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  5. Transfer the mixture to a greased baking dish and spread it evenly.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan cheese on top. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes.
  7. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let the casserole cool for a few minutes before garnishing with fresh parsley and serving.

Notes

Feel free to add spinach or broccoli for extra nutrition. Store leftovers in an airtight container for 3-4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
