A rich and creamy spread made with cream cheese, butter, and fresh herbs, perfect for any occasion.

  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground white pepper
  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh chives, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, finely chopped
  • 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (optional)
  • 1/4 teaspoon lemon zest (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and unsalted butter. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add minced garlic, onion powder, salt, and ground white pepper to the mixture. Mix thoroughly.
  3. Stir in chopped parsley, chives, dill, and optional thyme and lemon zest.
  4. Taste and adjust seasoning if needed. Add an extra clove of minced garlic for stronger flavor, if desired.
  5. Spoon the mixture onto plastic wrap. Shape into a log or press into a ramekin or mold.
  6. Wrap tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, preferably overnight.
  7. Serve chilled or at room temperature with crackers, crusty bread, or vegetable sticks.
