  • 4 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 large eggs

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
  2. Mix the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined.
  3. Press this mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust.
  4. Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth, then gradually add sugar and continue mixing.
  5. Add the eggs one at a time, mixing in between, followed by the vanilla extract.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust in the pan, and bake for 50-60 minutes until set but still slightly jiggly in the middle.
