A delightful treat with layers of creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and crunchy granola, perfect for breakfast or dessert.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain or flavored)
  • 2 cups mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • 1 cup granola
  • Honey or maple syrup (optional for sweetness)

Instructions

  1. Wash the berries thoroughly and pat them dry.
  2. Scoop the Greek yogurt into a large mixing bowl and mix in honey or maple syrup if desired.
  3. Prepare your serving cups or a trifle dish for layering.
  4. Spoon a layer of yogurt into the bottom of the cups.
  5. Add a layer of mixed berries on top of the yogurt.
  6. Sprinkle a layer of granola over the berries.
  7. Repeat the layers until the cups are full, finishing with yogurt and a few fresh berries on top for garnish.

Notes

For best texture, use thick Greek yogurt. Let the parfait chill in the refrigerator for 15-30 minutes before serving.
