Delicious BBQ Chicken Sliders made with tender chicken and zesty barbecue sauce, served in soft mini buns – perfect for any gathering.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce
  • 12 slider buns
  • Coleslaw (optional for topping)
  • Pickles (optional for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine shredded chicken with barbecue sauce until well-coated.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and arrange the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Spoon the BBQ chicken mixture evenly over the bottom halves of the buns.
  5. Add coleslaw and pickles on top of the chicken if desired.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns on the sliders and cover the dish with foil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until heated through, then serve warm.

Notes

To achieve a crispy texture, remove the foil for the last five minutes of baking. Store leftover sliders in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to three days.
