A flavorful and nutrient-packed baked cauliflower dish that serves as a tasty side or meat alternative.

  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional: grated Parmesan cheese for topping

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Cut the cauliflower into evenly sized florets and place them in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Drizzle the florets with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic, salt, and pepper.
  4. Toss the cauliflower in the bowl until all pieces are well coated.
  5. Arrange the cauliflower in a single layer on the prepared baking sheet.
  6. Roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until golden and crispy on the edges.
  7. Serve warm, optionally topped with grated Parmesan cheese.
