A delicious and easy meal that combines the flavors of Caesar salad with juicy chicken, topped with a creamy Parmesan sauce.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a baking dish with cooking spray or oil.
  2. Season the chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder on both sides. Place them in the prepared baking dish.
  3. In a small mixing bowl, combine the Caesar dressing, sour cream, and grated Parmesan cheese. Mix until smooth and well combined.
  4. Spread the creamy sauce evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). The sauce should be bubbly and the chicken should have a golden crust.
  6. Remove the chicken from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley for a pop of color (optional) and serve with your favorite sides.

Notes

For a crispy top, broil the chicken for the last 2-3 minutes of baking. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
