A delightful and hearty taco soup made with just seven canned ingredients, perfect for busy weeknights and gatherings.

Ingredients

  • 1 can of corn (drained)
  • 1 can of black beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can of pinto beans (rinsed and drained)
  • 1 can of tomato sauce
  • 1 can of diced green chilies
  • 1 packet of taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. In a large pot, combine all the canned ingredients: diced tomatoes, corn, black beans, pinto beans, tomato sauce, green chilies, and taco seasoning.
  2. Stir everything together until well mixed.
  3. Heat over medium heat until the soup is warmed through, about 10-15 minutes.
